They can just add the number here to the blog as a comment to your post. Theres no legal reason not to and it wont be censored.
Can't remember it off the top of my head, but it's a Featurenet number, and i'll try and get it next time i'm in work.
Having a good customer service is one of the keys of success for every business ... Companies should never forget that the client is a "king" even if it's not always easy to implement !!!
